Shipping

• Processing Time: All orders ship within 3 hours of purchase.

• Delivery Time: Domestic orders arrive within 3 business days via our trusted carriers.

• Order Tracking: Every shipment includes a tracking number—automated updates are sent by email or text.

• International Shipping: Available via DHL or FedEx; additional customs duties may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

• Return Window: 30 days from delivery for unopened, unused bundles in original packaging.

• Eligibility: Must be in original, unworn condition with all tags detained.

• How to Return:

  1. Contact support@legendarytresses.com for your return authorization.

  2. Ship items back using tracked shipping (customer covers cost).

  3. Refunds issued to the original form of payment (excluding original shipping fees).

  4. Note: Bleached, dyed, worn, or altered items cannot be returned or exchanged.

We recommend retaining shipping receipts. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
